A very common question that I get asked is "What all comes with your services."
First off, you get my best effort at creating artwork that pops and represents both your brand and my body of work, I want each piece to be a work of art worthy of my portfolio. Each job is a collaborative effort between Red Fox Indy and it's clients. Without the clients requests, file requirements, and suggestions I would just be creating my own art. However through collaborative effort I have had to step out of my comfort zone and try things that I would not have tried otherwise.
- High Resolution Images: You will receive high resolution copies of what you commission, final size depending on what type of project you paid for. All files will be of appropriate DPI (Dots per Inch) for their purpose.
* (Web Resolution for Promotional, and Print resolution if something is being sent to production.)* - Files Types: Files will be delivered in universally accepted formats. For print files I generally save a PDF file as it's the most commonly requested format. I also include an uncompressed PNG file as a backup to every print file, sometimes there are conflicts between programs and software versions. So having a backup ensures they will be able to print regardless of conflicts. For web resolution files I also use PNG format since they are so universally accepted.* In the Case of logo files I will give multiple formats for you to work with. Primarily a Transparent PNG file with no background, making it easier for designers to grab your logo and work with it. However if the Transparent PNG is opened by a program that doesn't support transparency, the program will generate a white, grey, or black background depending on the program. To open the transparent PNG you will need a graphic design program. I also provide a white or black Background version, and usually a decorative background version. Most logos that I design will be Vector, meaning they are lossless but that restricts us to a smaller amount of colors. You will receive a vector file in these instances but can only be opened by a handful of programs. If your logo requires more photo realistic color then you will not receive a vector.
- File Delivery - All files will be delivered via Google drive. (Article on how to DL through Google Drive Available HERE ). Unless you have your own hosting server for me to upload the files to. WeTransfer basic is available but the files are only available for 14 days. I can ship you the files via USB drive but the cost of the Drive and shipping will vary based on files sizes.
- Image Rights: Your Rights to the images commissioned will vary based on the type of project that you get. All projects will be Non-Exclusive unless exclusive rights are purchased. All rights must be reserved and original artist credited as ( Rick McHaffey @ Red Fox Indy )- Sale Rights - The permission to print and sell, or monetize the content that I produce. Without limit on quantity.
* (At this time All sale rights are Royalty free, and do not expire. Subject to Change in future.) *- Promotional Rights - The Permission to use this image in all promotional capacity, it can be used in marketing, social media campaigns, advertisements, web applications, phone apps.
* (Web Graphics excluded. Different promo rights.) *- Editing (manipulation) Rights - The permission to use my work in an edited form from my final images. This pertains to Derivative works from my original image edited via software, app, or ai. Non Sale rights, All rights transfer to edited media and Red Fox Indy be credited as original artist.

Beyond the traditional services above that come with every commission, we strive to offer services that make working with Red Fox Indy a step above working with most other people. A high level of customer service, and professionalism should just be staples of working with a Graphic Designer, Photographer, or Videographer.
- Confidentiality - Anything discussed about you or your business, remain your business. It is not our job to spread information about clients, projects, products, or plans.
- Collaborative Brainstorming - Working with the client to discuss and polish project ideas, honest and constructive feedback, Creative solution suggestions, and general brain storming to give an idea form.
- Consultation - Will discuss marketing & business ideas about your project and your brand. The more my people succeed the more they have use of my services. I have 30 years experience in the industry I have seen several ways to Do or Not Do in a project. All advice is based on experience and your mileage may vary, take it or leave it... It is there.
- Copyright Assistance - If any work that we work on gets it's copyright violated by a third party. We will assist in filing DCMA take down requests from the violations hosting. If the violation is in print we will help discuss legal options and direct how to file small claims against.
- Social Media Engagement - For 30 days you will receive increased social media engagement from me (generally on Facebook), on all of your posts, images, and video that I see. This will include likes, comments, and the occasional share to help raise your Social Media Marketing organic engagement. It will help boost the visibility of all of your social media push.
- Discounts - In an effort to create monthly recurring income we are offering all services (minus Web Graphic or Edits) a 25% discount good for 30 days from payment. You can get a discount every month of the year if you continue to get services.
